I felt the weight of the world lifted from my soul.

Getting well just takes time and a Great coach that has the knowledge to help repair you when you’re needing help with those things in your head and dedication to yourself to do the work which is the hard part but so worth it. People in this group have become close friends and supporters who help you through this process of healing trauma. This helps more than you can ever dream and Christine is amazing and so dedicated to help people get through this and help you help others to recover.

I’m sorry I gave you such a hard time when I first started seeing you. I had no energy, no excitement about life and I really didn’t see how what I ate could affect the way I felt. I couldn’t imagine not eating bread and wheat products or cutting back on sugar, especially on my beer that I love so much. But you were so patient, showing me how those food items caused sensitivities in me that greatly affected my health. My blood tests are all within normal ranges now and my doctor has asked me what I am doing differently. My business has gotten better than ever and I’m making more money!
